Shezrie's Old Hroldan Town - Adds a town next to Old Hroldan Inn. Includes a quest to help assist the librarian in restocking the library with new tomes. Tales of the Draugr Librarian - Adds a tower library to Falkreath run by a quite unusual librarian. There aren't enough pictures, but this looks like it may be a "fill it yourself" library. Spellbook found in the College of Winterhold Arcanaeum. The Empyrean Library - This is a library you need a spell to access.
#ILIBRARY MOD MOD#
King Harald's Library - Another small Windhelm library mod this one isn't hidden and even has a small murder mystery quest. The Library of Windhelm - Adds a secret passage to a hidden library under Windhelm that was thought lost in a natural disaster. Rorikstead Library - Adds a very small library to Rorikstead. The Seaside Library - Adds 4 library branches to Skyrim near Solitude, Whiterun, Riften, and Markarth. Not a bad place to put a library, since Dragonsreach already had an extensive book collection to begin with. The Library - Adds a library to Dragonsreach with all the books in the vanilla game. This mod doesn't use DLC books and you can't add any more books to the bookshelves. Master Library - Adds a huge library to Markarth. The drawback here is that you have to play a dovahkiin character and get far enough into the main quest to meet Paarthurnax. The Library of Paarthurnax - Probably the other closest option for a huge library experience.

Legacy of the Dragonborn - It's a huge museum and library in Solitude, but just one problem: you have to fill the thing. Here's a list of what I found, some of which have already been listed: There are library mods on a smaller scale, and some home mods with fairly impressive libraries indeed, but no grand library for the public. Unfortunately there is no Library of Alexandria-type library mod out there. I researched this extensively when looking for library mods for my scholar playthrough.
